Intera Suadprathon (she/they) is San Diego for Every Child’s current Advocacy and Outreach Coordinator.
Learning and advocating has always been in Intera’s blood. Coming from a low-income immigrant household, she has always wanted to give back to her own community. She is currently pursuing a Degree for Transfer in Digital Art at San Diego Mesa College.
Prior to joining San Diego for Every Child, Intera has worked for the Port of San Diego, volunteered her time at Ocean Discovery Institute, Kitchens for Good, Elementary Institute of Science, and attended Teton Science School.
Born and raised in San Diego, Intera spends her time drinking boba, reading astrology, and staying active with her dog, Margalo.
Catherine joined San Diego for Every Child as the organization’s first LISC AmeriCorps member. She is dedicated to promoting health equity for all children and families through data analysis, visualization, and effective communication of data through community engagement.
Prior to joining San Diego for Every Child, Catherine interned at First 5 California as a UC Center Sacramento Health Justice Scholar, and pursued peer health education and student wellness programming as an undergraduate student at UC San Diego. After graduating with a degree in Public Health, she continued to support campus health and wellness as a Community Education Specialist at UCSD Health Promotion Services.
She is currently attending UCLA Fielding School of Public Health to pursue her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology, with a focus in maternal and child health.
